Having been in the industry for over a decade, as well as our own home build/renovations over the years, we’ve been in your shoes many times trying to make design changes/choosing products and colors to compliment the space. It’s a passion we have and we’d love to help! Right from the beginning of the process we offer a design specialist to work with you both in your home and on-site at our product locations free of charge. “I have pets... what’s the best type of flooring to stand up to them?”

This is the biggest question we receive, and also the one with the most misinformation out there. Many have the misconception that owning a pet means you can’t have a beautiful hardwood floor! On the contrary! Let us show you how you can find products that are hand scraped/imprinted with matte finishes to help hide any scratches that your little furry friends could add to your new floor.

“how do I care for my floor?”

Caring for your floor properly is extremely important! We will help show you the best products to use on your floor. Don’t be fooled by TV marketing… The best cleaner for your floor is water and a very small amount of soap (we love dawn). As well as making sure your mop is not very wet at all! We love and recommend the 360 spin mop! No swifter wet and definitely no steamers! Water and Wood do not mix! We will also teach you the importance of humidity/or lack of humidity in the home.
